1. Our Products

We sell genuine, manufacturer-sourced products from Seachem, Hikari, and API only. We do not sell counterfeit, expired, or third-party repackaged goods. Product images, descriptions, and specifications are provided for reference and sourced from official manufacturer materials wherever possible; actual packaging may vary slightly due to manufacturer updates.

2. Orders & Pricing

All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to correct pricing or listing errors, and to cancel or decline any order at our discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud, stock unavailability, or a pricing error. Placing an order through our checkout is a request to purchase; it is confirmed only once we accept it.

3. Payment

We currently operate on a cash-on-delivery / order-on-request basis. No online payment is collected at checkout. Payment is arranged directly with our team at the time of delivery or dispatch, as communicated to you after your order is placed.

4. Shipping

Shipping timelines are described on our Shipping & Transit Guarantee page. Delivery estimates are provided in good faith and may be affected by courier delays, weather, or circumstances beyond our control.

6. Product Use & Safety

Aquarium chemicals, medications, and treatments must be used strictly according to the manufacturer's instructions on the product label. We are not responsible for loss, injury, or damage to fish, plants, or aquarium systems arising from incorrect use, overdosing, or disregard of label instructions. If you are unsure how to use a product, please contact us before use.

All text, images, and content on this website are provided for informational purposes to help you make an informed purchase. We make reasonable efforts to keep information accurate and up to date but do not guarantee it is free of error at all times.

8. Limitation of Liability
